When you place an order on SolasArc, we collect the following information:

  • Your name and phone number (used to identify your order)
  • Your email address (optional — only if you provide it for delivery notifications)
  • Your Transaction ID (TxnID) from bKash or Nagad (used to verify payment)
  • Your order details — items purchased, quantity, and total

We do not collect your bKash or Nagad account password, PIN, or full financial account information.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for:

  • Processing and verifying your payment
  • Delivering your digital blocks
  • Communicating your order status via WhatsApp
  • Resolving any order disputes or issues

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Where Data Is Stored

Your order details are stored in two places:

  • Your browser's localStorage — only accessible on the device you used to place the order. Cleared if you clear browser data.
  • Firebase Firestore (if configured) — stored on Google's secure cloud infrastructure. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Cookies

SolasArc does not use tracking cookies. The only browser storage used is localStorage to save your cart and order history locally on your device.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your data. Payment verification is done manually — your TxnID is compared against your stated amount. We never ask for your banking PIN or password.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your order data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp. Local order data (in your browser) can be deleted by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of SolasArc after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
