Your satisfaction matters. If there is a genuine issue with your order — wrong delivery, duplicate charge, or unverifiable payment — we will make it right. Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
All products sold on SolasArc are digital goods (custom Minecraft block designs). Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," our refund policy reflects this nature.

Approved refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase (bKash or Nagad). Refunds are typically returned within 1–3 business days after approval.
If your refund request is denied and you believe this is in error, please provide additional evidence (screenshots of payment, TxnID confirmation from your banking app). We will review all evidence fairly.
All refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp. A direct link is provided on every order confirmation page. Please include your Order ID and TxnID in your message.
